Cheesy Venison

Best served on hamburger buns.

1 lb bacon

1 lb venison

1 c. mushrooms

1 onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp Lawry's salt

1/2 c salsa

1 sm brick Velveeta cheese


1Layer all ingredients, except salsa and Velveeta, into slow cooker - cook on low about 8-12 hrs

2Drain (reserve liquid) and add salsa and cheese. Use reserved juice to thin out if needed.
