Parmesan Crisps

Simple and irresistible, these crispy, salty parmesan crisps can be eaten as a snack and work perfect as a garnish for salads, soups, or pasta. Make ahead of time and store in an airtight container.

1 cup finely grated fresh Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Optional add-ins (pick one maybe two to spice up these cracker like crisps)



Fresh cracked black pepper

Shredded zucchini & carrots


1Preheat the oven to 375°F

2Line a baking pan with a Silpat silicone baking sheet or parchment paper

3Spoon 1 tablespoon piles of the cheese onto baking sheet 3 inches apart - lightly press cheese with the back of a spoon or your fingers to flatten each pile into a circle

4Bake until slightly browned on top, about 6 to 8 minutes

5Allow to cool 10-15 minutes to let crisps firm up
