This recipe originates from the Nelson side of the family. Served with crusty bread on a cold winter's night is truly soul warming!
1 lb bacon
2 c. cooked wild rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. milk
1Chop bacon and cook to crisp
2Sauté diced onions in bacon drippings
3Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes
4Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
