Print Options:

Parmesan Crisps

 1 cup finely grated fresh Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Optional add-ins (pick one maybe two to spice up these cracker like crisps)
 Fresh cracked black pepper
 Shredded zucchini & carrots

Preheat the oven to 375°F


Line a baking pan with a Silpat silicone baking sheet or parchment paper


Spoon 1 tablespoon piles of the cheese onto baking sheet 3 inches apart - lightly press cheese with the back of a spoon or your fingers to flatten each pile into a circle


Bake until slightly browned on top, about 6 to 8 minutes


Allow to cool 10-15 minutes to let crisps firm up
