Print Options:

Venison Sukiyaki

 2 lbs venison, thinly sliced
 1 tbsp. peanut or sesame oil
 1 lg onion, sliced
 1 lg green pepper, sliced
 8 oz fresh mushrooms
 1/2 c soy sauce
 1 cups beef broth
 2 tbsp. flour

Heat oil on high heat, add meat and venison quickly.


Add onion, green peppers, mushrooms and soy sauce - cook until venison is tender


Shake together flour and broth in pint mason jar, add to pan and simmer until thickened.
